Delivery
Nyansera delivers upon payment. Products are normally sent by 1 p.m. and should therefore be received 2-5 days after receipt of payment.
Open purchase
We follow the swedish law for distance purchases and that means you have the full right to return the product within 14 days. The product is not to be used, damaged or inflicted in any other way. The buyer is responsible for the products until they return to us. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. The returning products have to be packaded in a way so they dont get damaged during shipping. If you want to return products, always contact us before. Refunding will take place within 30 days after product is returned.
Reclamation
If there is any faults on the product that is caused by production error we offer full refunds. Always contact us before, otherwise it will not be accepted. If reclamation is accepted we will give full money back, including return shipping.
